We’re a Milton Keynes-based software company made of people just like you! We’re more family than corporate because we all know and get along with each other and, together with our team in Mangalore, India, we put a lot of effort and hard work into delivering excellent customer service and we’re proud of what we do.

Client Services Coordinator

To keep pace with our growing client portfolio we’re seeking an experienced, professional and forward-thinking administrator or coordinator to hit the ground running and provide an outstanding level of support to our account management team.

If successful your main purpose will be to offer an efficient and proactive level of administrative support and coordination to our Account Executives, whilst providing a PA-style support to our Head of Client Services.

Your responsibilities will include managing the team diaries, assisting colleagues with meeting preparation, updating statistics, keeping the department head informed of team and business-critical updates, whilst absorbing the team's administrative tasks.

Although not a new role, there is the opportunity to make it your own; working with colleagues to grow the support you offer and keep it varied by taking on new and additional responsibilities.


Client Account Executive

To keep up with our ever-growing client portfolio including some of the UKs’ leading charities and sporting associations we’re seeking an experienced account manager, passionate about customer service, to deliver an outstanding service to our clients.

If successful we’ll look to you to provide an outstanding level of service to a caseload made of from a variety of sectors and industries. You’ll strive to develop strong relationships, drive client engagement and identify opportunities for account growth.

Keeping in regular contact with key client stakeholders you’ll offer day-to-day support by answering operational queries along with providing legislative advice and solving technical issues, ensuring your clients are optimising their use of the system.

You’ll visit your caseload periodically and lead on account review meetings to discuss performance, identify ‘pain points’, and consultatively soft-sell additional services that’ll improve the way our clients work.


 Legal Coordinator

We’re seeking a professional, motivated and highly organised administrator to join a small and busy legal team based across our UK and India offices and provide an efficient level of administrative assistance and coordination.

If successful your main purpose will be to offer an effective and proactive level of support and coordination to our Legal department ensuring it continues to be organised and efficient, whilst providing a PA-style assistance to our Commercial Lawyer.

Your responsibilities will include co-ordinating stakeholder meetings, contract management (new agreements, extensions, renewals), support with drafting documentation and absorbing all other administrative duties from the legal team.

A crucial aspect of the role will be for you to effectively manage the diary of our Commercial Lawyer; ensuring they remain organised, prepped for internal and external meetings and continues to deliver on expectations.
