Junior Account Executive
We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive, highly motivated and ambitious individual looking for the perfect role to kick-start their career in account management.
As our Junior Account Executive you’ll play an essential role in managing our client relationships by offering first-line support enabling colleagues to proactively manage their client caseloads. You’ll be communicating with stakeholders across all levels, responding to a variety of incoming queries via phone and email from new and existing clients.
Queries will range from first-line technical support and basic account maintenance, to providing clients with up-to-date advice on legislation governing criminal record checks. With a mix of positive contact (contract renewals) and difficult conversations (resolving client issues) you’ll be following these matters through to resolution, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders updated.

Client Support Advisor
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to support a variety of clients across a range of different sectors with technical and legislative guidance.
As our Client Support Advisor you’ll provide an efficient and professional advisory service to a range of clients, offering legislative guidance in relation to the employee background checking industry and first-line technical support for the software they use.
You’ll handle incoming and outgoing calls as well as responding to client emails, troubleshooting system related issues and following up on new business leads and management new account activations.
