Senior Account Executive
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated account manager with a passion for building client relationships to join our Client Services team and support the management of our prestigious client base, lead on new sales, and contribute to the development of junior colleagues.
As our Senior Account Executive you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a caseload of our largest and most active clients with the focus of building, and maintaining, strong relationships with your client contacts and adding value to existing agreements using a consultative style.
Delivering demonstrations and conducting review meetings, you’ll also work closely with your client contacts to understand and offer solutions to their pain points. As a subject matter expert, your client will look to you for advice on their bespoke online software and 1-2-1 guidance on legislative and compliance issues.
Contributing to the on-boarding of new clients, you’ll use your relationship building techniques to keep leads warm, establishing requirements, presenting software demonstrations, quoting and negotiating prices, and ensuring contracts are agreed.
As a senior member of the team you’ll support the Head of Client Services to coach and mentor junior colleagues and play a pivotal role in their professional development.
Client Services Coordinator
We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, highly motivated and forward-thinking team coordinator to hit the ground running and provide an outstanding level of administrative support and coordination to our account management team.
As our Client Services Coordinator you’ll be an integral part of the team, providing proactive support to our Account Executives. This includes managing the team’s diaries and preparing for meetings, noting key events and anticipating individual needs, organising internal meetings and providing administrative support, and coordinating arrangements for client meetings.
Supporting our Head of Client Services, you’ll ensure the CRM notes are kept up-to-date and maintain, and identify improvements to, current means of recording statistical data. Attending internal meetings, you’ll keep the team informed of developments of key business activities and critical project updates.
Once you’re up and running, you’ll start to take on your own set of projects, such as creating, maintaining and improving on key team processes and resources.
Junior Account Executive

As our Junior Account Executive you’ll play an essential role in managing our client relationships by offering first-line support enabling colleagues to proactively manage their client caseloads. You’ll be communicating with stakeholders across all levels, responding to a variety of incoming queries via phone and email from new and existing clients.
Queries will range from first-line technical support and basic account maintenance, to providing clients with up-to-date advice on legislation governing criminal record checks. With a mix of positive contact (contract renewals) and difficult conversations (resolving client issues) you’ll be following these matters through to resolution, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders updated.

As our Client Support Advisor you’ll provide an efficient and professional advisory service to a range of clients, offering legislative guidance in relation to the employee background checking industry and first-line technical support for the software they use.
You’ll handle incoming and outgoing calls as well as responding to client emails, troubleshooting system related issues and following up on new business leads and management new account activations.
