Who are we?

We’re a Milton Keynes-based software company made of people just like you! We’re more family than corporate because we all know and get along with each other and, together with our team in Mangalore, India, we put a lot of effort and hard work into delivering excellent customer service and we’re proud of what we do.

Client Support Advisor

Joining our Client Support team, you’ll be responsible for providing a positive and friendly style of customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails and secure messaging, while also conducting video calls.

You’ll be the first point of contact for queries that’ll either be of a technical nature relating to our software or about the criminal background checking rules, processes, and legislation. Queries will be varied, sometimes unexpected, so each call will keep you on your toes!

 

Client Account Executive

As our new client account executive, you’ll manage the accounts of B2B clients from a variety of sectors including private, public, and not-for-profit. Your accounts could be long-time clients, or are new to our products and services.

You’ll keep in regular contact with your accounts, providing day-to-day support with operational queries, technical assistance with our software, and guidance on all things criminal background checking.
